At Be Cool, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully:
Not all sales are eligible for a refund; in some cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
All items can be returned for their Initial Value (IV) as compensation if received by Be Cool within seven days in unopened condition with the manufacturers seal intact.
Returns that meet the following criteria will incur a percentage of IV restocking fee:
Return package is received in noticeably/clearly opened condition: Minimum 10% IV Restocking Fee
Return package is received by Be Cool more than 7 days after customer receives goods: 20% IV Restocking Fee
Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, handling, and the successful delivery of returned goods.
ALL store credit requests are valid for 15 days with the exception of Special Orders, which are non-returnable without exceptions.
Damage claims must be made within 5-7 days of receiving merchandise, and all items must be returned in their original packaging with their original parts.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, please contact customerservice@shopbecool.com immediately. Doing so will facilitate our ability to process and cancel all orders, including yours, more efficiently.
Additionally, orders that cannot be processed due to pending or declined payment methods will be cancelled if no resolution is made within 14 days. In most cases, courtesy calls will be made on the day of failed processing and again 7 days following.
By consenting to Be Cool's SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring text notifications, text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe line we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and date rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.
